October issue of GQ is dedicated to their Man of the Year Award. A bunch of men in black suits with butterflies pose under colorful lights, nominations are announced. It's all for their own. The world of the rich and famous. A fictional world. I cut out all these big pictures and left from them only a blank silhouette frame. Shells and shadows. They form an aggressive pattern, as if fighting over what their priority is. Men want more money, men want more power. Men like to measure themselves with useless trinkets, awards. And only in the center of the composition is there an air, a ray of hope and salvation. I hope this is a sunrise and not a sunset.
