Note: applicable to all genders. 3rd-Power:Polygamy (double standard - ok for me to have multiply partners but not you). Note: women could do this too) 4th-Heart:Monogamy: only one sexual partner for both men n women, even at the cost of sex at lesser frequency  5th-self (i.e. ego) Actualisation: Multiple partners/serial monogamy  6th-Self (i.e. spirit) realisation): Polyamory (Open, Transparent relationships) 7th-Integration: includes all embedded stages Note: falling in love is falling back to the 2nd stage (transitory infatuation) n rising in love is rising into the 4th and/or later stages) - Glen Martin
