Sheva is a harsh, icy planet with huge crevasses covering the planet and small lakes scattered throughout the larger crevasses. One research city was set up on this inhospitable planet by the Argonasti Empire over a millennia ago. There is a fair amount of secrecy around the research city, and nobody knows what they do there. There are rumors that there is something hidden beneath the ice that the Empire is interested in.
