Mother Nature, the place to go where you seek refuge from the everyday anxieties of life. This photo was taken in a place named "Valley of the Gods". It was my first time visiting this place and these monolith rock towers that you see behind the Caren I made are what they are referring to as "God's". When driving this route, the energy you feel is god like, and you feel a presence of a higher energy all around you. It was inspirational and has inspired me to go back again because it feels revolutionary. About six months ago when visiting my therapist about my anxiety, she left me with a phrase that has stuck with me everyday "Nature never takes, only gives". From this I have learned that going into nature can sometimes give you answers that you are looking for by observing the way of nature. The act of observing lets you look within without judgment and lets you see the deeper truths that you may be seeking! Go into Nature... She Will Teach YOU!
